Kimberly McPhatter Baker is an author, mother of 2, wife of 12 years, entrepreneur, and star athelete. She holds track and field records in the high jump. She is a 6-time All American high-jumper at North Carolina Central University.

She has Associate Degrees in both Criminal Justice and, Cosmetology. Kimberly is also a NC Certified Teacher in the concentrated area of Early Childhood. She is also known as a proficient grant writer. She is what some would deem as a modern day renaissance woman. Kimberly accredits all glory to God.

Kimberly is also credited for being a professional speaker, motivational coach, and mentor. Her drive to reach excellence is her motivational tool. Kimberly's motto is "reaching one person at a time.
